Vauxhall – Email Process and Redesign
I researched, developed and visualised the in-depth structure of the Vauxhall email journey and then designed the emails that are part of this journey.
The challenge
I spent time researching and collating all the relevant information to decipher the extent of the Vauxhall email process. With all this information in hand, I created a visual representation of this process and with that redesigned the structure and the look & feel of the emails.
